Comments: The Oscar comes in different variations: tiger, red, blueberry, albino, and others too. Also known as a velvet cichlid, will eat about anything that will fit in its mouth, less likely to eat other small cichlids, than to eat small fish. As the Oscar gets older it digs around a lot, any plants should be either non rooted plants, or plants that are covered by decor, such as growing out of holes, or in a junction. Full grown they should live in no less then a 50 US gallon tank.
