Temperament: Very friendly and nonagressive, but they do have a taste for their own fry at times.

Comments: One of the most popular aquarium fishes of all times. A good beginners fish. Easy to keep and spawn. A lot of Guppy ills can be cured with the addition of 2 teaspoons of salt per gallon of water. Guppies do best in a tank of their own.
