Sow from spring to late summer. For fast germination: soak seeds overnight in warm water, pour boiling water in drill before sowing or grow in seed tray and maintain 70 degree F. Self seeds. |

Leaf - Add raw to salads. Finely chop and sprinkle over sandwiches, egg dishes, vegetable soups, fish and boiled potatoes. When cooked parsley enhances other flavors, but add towards end of cooking time.
Root - Use in bouquet garni. Add to soups and stews. Boil as a root vegetable. Grate raw into salads. |
