Materials:
1 wire coat hanger
1/2 package of tissue paper (white, red, green, or combination)
scissors
small decorations
hot glue gun

Directions:
Bend the coat hanger into a circle. Bend the hook of the hanger into a loop.
Cut 3" by 2" pieces of tissue paper (longer or shorter if you want a fuller or less full wreath).
Take one piece of tissue and place under the wire pull up, twist once and push to top.
Continue Step 3 until the entire wire is covered.
Glue on small decorations.
